Classic Revival was formed in 1989 by Ian and Jenni Denner to build and market "kit" vehicles. Starting with the quality product that was the ID427 Kobra.
Ian Denner is a Mechanical Engineer with many years of experience in the design and construction of race vehicles. This knowledge was used to create an exceptionally rigid yet light space frame chassis for the Kobra. As an Engineer, Ian was involved with and understands the benefits of Quality Assurance, and therefore Classic Revival operates on a principle of quality rather than quantity.
It is under these principals that Daniel Steer learnt and honed his skills as an Engineer at Classic Revival during an apprenticeship with Ian as his mentor.
Daniel was an employee of Classic Revival for a number of years, during and after his apprenticeship, before eventually parting ways and further developing his skills in the restoration industry working on various makes of classic vehicles and eventually becoming a Body Maker. Daniel then started his own business restoring classic cars on the central coast of NSW. Upon Ian's retirement and subsequent closure of Classic Revival in Hornsby. Daniel acquired the Classic Revival NAME and JIGS, and launched the NEW Classic Revival in 2015 in order to pursue a much loved passion of creating quality replica vehicles.
